FORD & RANGER ECU TUNING REMAP CHIP UPGRADE SPECIALISTS

From the early days of the Ford Ranger 3.0 TDCI with its excellent four cylinder turbo diesel equipped with Bosch diesel injection; we have been developing effective ECU tuning for the whole Ford Ranger model range.

Way back in 2011 we managed to get our hands on the very first PX1 T6 P375 Ford Ranger to enter New Zealand. This allowed us to spend time on the dyno to develop our first stage 1 tuning for the 3.2 TDCi engine – an upgrade that increased power by 35hp and torque by 80Nm – while improving economy by 11%. Because we were the first to make this upgrade, the Ford dealers and new buyers were keen to upgrade and for many years until the 2022+ New Gen Ranger we were averaging 100 Ranger ECU chip tuning upgrades a year. By the time the PX2 and PX3 Ford Ranger was released our ECU performance upgrade increased power by 42hp and 100Nm with a still impressive 11% economy improvement.

Ford Ranger 2022+ Next Gen tuning

ECU tuning the Next Gen Ford Ranger took a lot of time to develop because the engine range was new, but more so the latest generation of diesel injection and new ECUs meant a completely fresh approach to maximising torque, power output and driveability in order to increase performance and economy.

So far we have developed Ranger Next Gen tuning with strong performance increases on the Ranger Raptor 3.0 Turbo, the Ranger 2.3 EcoBoost and the Ranger XL 125kW 2.0 TDCi. And we are continuing development of new tuning for the other Ranger models in the range and when finalised it will be uploaded here on the website.

We are especially pleased with the Ranger Raptor tuning that makes a whopping 700Nm after tuning.

Ford Mustang, Puma, and Fiesta tuning

Ford tuning is also available for the Mk6 Mustang 5.0 GT models as well as the Mk6 facelift Mustang 5.0 GT and 5.2 cars. Our Ford Mustang tuning makes solid gains on all 5.0 and 5.2 models with more flexible torque delivery and sharper throttle response.

Puma ST 1.5 EcoBoost ECU chip tuning is available as stage 1 tuning increasing power to 240hp and 400Nm torque – this is exactly the performance improvement the Puma ST needs.

We also do an especially effective 1.0 EcoBoost tuning remap for the different versions of this engine installed in the Puma and Fiesta. The 1.0 EcoBoost in standard form can be lacklustre and definitely benefits from power tuning.

Fiesta ST tuning for the Mk7 and Mk8. Our Fiesta ST power upgrades make significant increases in power and torque across the rev range, which increases performance considerably and improves driveability with fine adjustment of throttle response. Both our Fiesta ST tuning packages have been track tested over many laps of our local track here – Ruapuna – with 100% reliable performance.
