FIAT ECU CHIP TUNING & DUCATO REMAP SPECIALISTS

The Ducato 2.3 JTD 130, 150 Multijet from 2010-2014 comes with a smooth diesel engine that delivers good torque with reasonable economy. Most models came with the Marelli diesel injection system mated to Marelli torque request ECUs. From 2015-2022 (X290) the Fiat Ducato 2.3 JTD Multijet came with upgraded engines and transmissions with power options of 130, 140, 150 and 180hp. These used a further development of the Marelli diesel injection system also with newer Marelli ECUs fitted.

Although the 2.3 JTD Multijet fitted to the Fiat Ducato is a fine engine; when fitted to a vehicle as large as a Ducato motorhome or Dethleffs Piloti type vehicle the weight of these motorhomes blunts the performance and economy considerably.

Fortunately the Ducato 2.3 JTD Multijet engine responds exceptionally well to correct ECU chip tuning resulting in good power increases, outstanding torque gains and delivery, and much improved economy.

For nearly 20 years we have been tuning the 2.3 JTD Multijet in all its different power outputs both for private customers, motor home sales and main dealers.  And we are happy with the useful and reliable power, torque and economy gains we can offer our customers.

Fiat 500 ECU chip tuning and remapping 

When the later front engined Fiat 500 was introduced it came with a variety of frugal and energetic small capacity engines that perfectly matched the character of the 500. The non-turbo 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 see a proper improvement in driveability and overall performance with the right ECU tuning to correct weak fuel mixture under load and slow throttle response.  The chip upgrade for the Fiat 500 is absolutely worthwhile to enjoy them fully.

The Fiat 500 1.4 Turbo TJET benefits considerably more from ECU chip tuning with significant increases in power and torque resulting in performance well above factory figures for acceleration and overtaking ability. We have tuning packages for the 135hp, 155hp and Abarth 160hp (Esseesse) versions

Abarth 595 & 695 remap and ECU tuning

The most exciting cars based on the 500 are the Abarth range of cars with their 1.4 TJET turbo engine. From the Abarth 500 SS 160hp, or 165hp Abarth Pista, to the 180hp Competizione and powerful Abarth 695 Biposto 190hp – we have developed effective ECU tuning upgrades that completely transform Abarth performance.

Over many years we have fine tuned the upgrades for these engines so that power and torque delivery as well as throttle response are in perfect balance. The Abarth 1.4 Turbo TJET engine typically under performs at low rpm and will become breathless at higher rpm. Our Abarth tuning is designed to maximise torque and engine response throughout the rev range.
